Diagnose, repair, build, maintain.

Most clients start with a two-week audit on a sample of their tasks. Then we repair the set, build the system into your workflow, or both.

01 Best first step

Evaluation Audit

Fixed scope · about 2 weeks

Our review stack on a real sample of your tasks or outputs, with your guidelines.

You get a baseline in numbers, a report on where tasks break, and a harness you keep.

What's included
  • Quality dimensions and versioned rubrics, built with your team
  • Checks, dimension agents, and reference and empty runs
  • Agent verdicts checked against your experts
  • Pass rates per dimension and layer
  • A recommendation: repair, build, or neither

Task Audit and Repair

Per batch · RL environments and benchmarks

Send a batch. Every task comes back reviewed, repaired where safe, run live and routed.

A task set you can train on, and a short queue of tasks that need a person.

What's included
  • Automatic verifier repair, proven by re-running
  • A live frontier-model run and trajectory analysis
  • Every task routed: ready, needs a human, or failed
  • Original and fixed verifiers side by side
  • A live batch dashboard with cost per task
03

Auto-Reviewer Build

Project · scoped after the audit

Your own review platform, running inside your task or annotation workflow.

Faster turnaround, reviewers on the cases that need judgment, quality in numbers.

What's included
  • Checks, dimension agents, execution and trajectory analysis
  • An API and web UI for reviewers and leads
  • Agreement with your experts measured before go-live
  • One place to update rubrics across every project
  • A regression suite and full handover
04

Ongoing Evaluation

Monthly · after a build or repair

We keep the system matched to your standard as guidelines, projects and models change.

Your quality bar holds as volume grows.

What's included
  • New projects, task types and languages onboarded
  • Rubrics updated as guidelines change
  • Agreement monitored, regressions caught
  • New batches through audit and repair

Pricing depends on volume and task type. After a 20-minute call we send a fixed quote for the audit. Shipping an LLM product instead? See QA for GenAI products.

How is this different from an LLM-as-judge?

A judge gives one score. We run code checks, score each dimension with three reviewers, execute the task and analyse the runs. You get reasons per layer, not a number. See the comparison.

Which task formats do you support?

Harbor-format and Terminal-Bench-style tasks, SWE-bench-style tasks, skill tasks, MCP tool-use gyms, computer-use tasks, ReAct trajectories, CoT data, and SFT and RLHF annotation. Other formats map onto the anatomy of a task.

Can you fix tasks, or only flag them?

Both. Verifiers are repaired automatically and every fix is proven by re-running the task. Anything that needs judgment goes to your team with a report on exactly what to change.

How do you avoid false fails?

Three reviewers per rubric with two votes to fail, calibration against your experts, and anything decidable in code is decided in code.

Does this replace our human reviewers?

No. It takes the repeatable problems off their plate so they spend time on the judgment calls.

What do you need to start an audit?

A representative sample, your guidelines, access to the environments where relevant, a little time from one or two expert reviewers, and one point of contact.

How do you handle our data?

We work only with what you choose to share, under data handling terms agreed before anything moves.

Send us 20 tasks. We'll show you which ones are broken, and why.
